Our ADHD counselling service can help you develop a greater sense of awareness and inner peace for those self diagnosed, in the process or following a diagnosis. Katie herself has ADHD and can provide support to help you understand what your diagnosis means to you,
With or without diagnosis you can feel a range of emotions following years of masking and trying to fit in. Maybe believing you were the problem or being unable to achieve, sustain friendships and relationships and generally lose hope that you can find balance
and structure in life.
Being able to talk about your journey can bring clarity and meaning to years of confusion and uncertainty, also the knowledge you are not alone and how important self identity and neurodiversity is. We are not necessarily just all on the spectrum, we don't just need to get on with it and shut out a part of who we are, we need to embrace the challenges and find new ways to cope with the knowledge that being ND can be really hard but who we are.
Who we can help ?
Whatever stage of your journey we are happy to offer a safe space for you to discuss how ADHD may be impacting you, We offer a non judgemental space to explore and unpick patterns of behaviour, co morbidities such as anxiety and depression and generally the challenges you face living with ADHD!
