I am a qualified and fully insured counsellor with 4 years of experience supporting adults, children and young people facing challenges such as anxiety, ADHD,Autism depression, and chronic health conditions. My passion lies in helping individuals manage their mental health in a safe and empathetic environment. I am fully accredited with the British Association of Counselling and Psychology (BACP) and uphold confidentiality and professional standards in all my counselling practices.
