At Busy Minds Counselling, our mission is to offer affordable counselling while you are on your university journey. Being away from home and usual support networks can be challenging. Counselling offers a safe space to share your feelings and challenges in a non judgemental space.

We believe in taking a person-centered approach to counselling, where we work collaboratively with our clients to identify their goals and develop coping strategies or simply just a space to talk.
