Supporting Loved ones

Watching someone you love struggle with their mental health or associated behaviours can leave you feeling worried, helpless and unsure what to do next.

Perhaps your teenager is withdrawing, your partner seems overwhelmed, a family member is living with anxiety and depression, or someone you care about is not ready to seek counselling.

You don't have to face it alone .....

I offer 1:1 support of parents, carers, partners and other loved ones who want guidance and a safe place to explore their concerns.

  • How to start difficult conversation about mental health
  • Ways to encourage someone to seek support
  • Understanding what their loved one is experiencing
  • Setting healthy boundaries while remaining supportive
  • Managing your own stress
  • worry and emotional wellbeing
  • Building confidence in supporting someone through a difficult time

These sessions are for you. They are not a substitute for counselling your loved one, but they can help you feel more informed, supported and equipped to navigate a challenging situation.

Whether your loved one eventually chooses counselling or not, you deserve support too.

In person / Online and telephone counselling available :-

40 minute sessions £48.00

*If you are in receipt of carers allowance we offer an additional discount, please ask for further information.*
