My 1:1 pilates sessions are designed to help build strength, improve posture, reduce pain, and feel more connected to your body all from home, at a pace that suits you. If you're struggling for time - online sessions are great to give you accountability and a check in to work on you!

As a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer I have supported clients over 20 years of working in health and wellness industry as well as having a background in Sports therapy and Personal training. My passion is supporting individuals who may find it intimidating to join the gym or prefer less sensory overload in busy environments.

  • Busy families who struggle to attend the gym but want to take steps in fitness

How it works ? 

  • Sessions are online via zoom / depending on location home visits may be possible 
  • You will work through a tailored programme of exercise looking at strength, stretching
  • You will get a plan to follow with opportunity to check in if you need reminders of exercises. 
  • Session times are 30 or 45 minutes

Reiki Healing - Rebalance busy minds (Online/ In person)

These online guided relaxation sessions help to build calm, focus and emotional resilience using relaxing sounds and words. Each session is gentle and supportive and tailored to meet your needs - whether you're managing stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or sleep difficulties. 



Who is it for?


  • Those that feel overwhelmed or constantly " switched on"
  • Struggling with anxiety or racing thoughts
  • Find it hard to relax or sleep
  • Want a more guided session rather than relaxation apps 


How it works?


  • Sessions take place via zoom 
  • You will gently be guided through breathing techniques, full body relaxation, grounding techniques
  • Visualisation practices
  • Reflective exercises 
  • Session times are 30 or 45 minutes 


Unlike pre recorded apps these apps are personalised to you , with guidance and real time emotional support and practices adapted to how you're feeling, the ultimate self care scheduled into your week.

Reiki Healing - Rebalance busy minds (Online/ In person)

Reiki is a gentle, non invasive energy healing practice that supports your body's natural ability to restore balance and wellbeing. Originating from Reiki it works by clearing energetic blockages and promotes deep relaxation. Its place to slow down, reset, reconnect with yourself!


How it works?


  • You will be invited to lie down or sit comfortably while hands are gently placed on or just above the body. 
  • Many clients experience a sense of warmth, calm or deep relaxation as sessions progress
  • Online sessions are just as beneficial as we do distance healing 


What it helps?


  • Stress and anxiety
  • Emotional overwhelm
  • Fatigue or burnout
  • Sleep difficulties
  • Feeling "out of balance"
  • Recovery from challenging life experiences 


Reiki can be used alongside counselling to support emotional healing on a both mental and physical level.

Are you struggling with an underlying health condition, anxiety or challenges to socialising with others. Taking those first steps can be difficult and my 1:1 health walks sessions are about taking those first steps out, to building confidence and strength. 


Who is it for ? 


  • Those facing mental health challenges and find big groups overwhelming 
  • If you need a walking buddy to motivate you to go out / accountability


How it works? 


  • Walks would be in and around Perth and would be tailored to your needs, it could even be walking in your neighbourhood 
  • 30 minute sessions
