Our employment patterns are beginning to change as we spend more time working from home, although this has benefits with no commute or childcare flexibility. Some workers can feel isolated more stressed/ anxious over time. To sustain a home- working routine can be difficult to prioritise your own self care needs.
Single session Tea/lunch break sessions (30 - 40 mins)
- a safe space to share your thoughts and feelings
- build connection and coping strategies to process stress/ anxiety
- self care time to discuss any pressing issues or challenges that are unresolved
